Our Returns Policy is Simple:

Returns condition

At The Goat Dog Treat Company, we are pure of heart, intention and treat. We are dedicated to giving you and your best friend the best Goat Treat available in the World!

You may return, exchange or receive a full refund on all of our Goat Treats if you or your little furry friend are unhappy with them for any reason whatsoever. 

We know our treats are that good, if your best little friend isn’t barking mad about them then just follow these easy steps:

  • Send us the balance of the product(s)  so it reaches us within 30 days of the original dispatch date;
  • Send a little note to let us know why your little mate didn’t enjoy our treats; and 
  • Take the remainder of the treats (in the same or other package) to any Australia Post, quote #4728920476476 and we will pay for the return postage to Suite 4D, 265 Pennant Hills Road, Thornleigh, NSW 2120.

Please also obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to can’t take responsibility for packages lost in post.

Our Change of Mind/Exchange Policy is Simple:

100% Satisfaction Guarantee. No questions asked. If you change your mind we will exchange it without question.

Incorrect Items received

Incorrect Item Policy is really simple: 

100% Satisfaction Guarantee. No questions asked. In the rare occasion, we sent you the wrong product then keep it and we will send you what you ordered. 

Incorrect Items Conditions:

In the rare occasion, we sent you the wrong product then just follow these easy steps:

    • Send us a picture by email: thegoatdogtreatcompany@gmail.com or MMS by phone: 0419 467 866 of the products we sent you so it reaches us within 14 days of the original dispatch date;
  • Send a little note with your details and what your order was. 
  • We will reply within 24 hours and send you your actual order and you can keep what we sent you.

Bugs or mould on products

Bugs or Mould: 

No one likes mould or bugs on their food - not even dogs.

 Our treats are preservative free, colour free, enhancer free, 102, 103, 104, 108 and every other number you can think of  free, acid free, butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) free, butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) free, tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ) free, propyl gallate free, and ethoxyquin free (we had to google all these things and found a great article of what some of the big boys put in your dog treats (https://www.whole-dog-journal.com/food/problems-with-artificial-preservatives-in-dog-food/)

All our Goat products are dehydrated using the latest state-of-the-art Drying Technology enabling the consist production of the highest standard of Goat product in the world - GUARANTEED. 

We are dedicated to giving you and your dogs the best, that’s why we rigorously check all treats in storage and during the packing process. As they are natural products if they happen to have mould or bugs or anything we will replace it for you in accordance with our returns policy.  Simple.
